  If you have already started your career in project management and want to develop your skills to reach a new professional level, then this course is for you.   During the course you will master advanced project management techniques, including project planning, monitoring, and reporting. You will become proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and learn to use AI tools in the project management process.   Additionally, you will gain experience in Agile estimation techniques like story points, planning poker, and T-shirt sizing, as well as advanced Scrum practices, continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), and stream mapping. You will also learn to effectively use Agile metrics, burn-down and burn-up charts, cumulative flow diagrams, and Agile project reporting tools.   Moreover, you will develop leadership and coaching skills, enabling you to guide and lead Agile teams in the future. The critical thinking and conflict resolution skills acquired during the course will help you effectively identify and address project-related challenges.   The course trainer is Mariam Chtchyan, who is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HackTech and has over 8 years of experience as a Program and Delivery Manager.
