The course will help you gain experience in the following areas: Business Discovery, stakeholder analysis and management, requirement elicitation techniques, requirement classification, requirement documentation and management, functional and non-functional requirements, User Stories and Use Cases, diagrams and mock-ups, with all training based on a real project. Upon completing this course, participants will be able to work as an IT Business Analyst or, depending on the type of company, hold another position with similar responsibilities.
