Today, AI is transforming the speed of work and outcomes, shaping what products we create, as well as the tools we use to build them.
This workshop will once again demonstrate that in the creative process, the most important role belongs not to AI, but to the human.
You will learn how design thinking helps keep the focus on real user problems, how to make well-considered product decisions, and how to use AI as a tool rather than a system that replaces thinking.
The workshop is two days long.
Day 1 focuses on theory. Participants will gain in-depth insight into why, in an era where ideas and interfaces can be generated in seconds, it is especially important to ask the right questions, craft effective prompts, identify the core of the problem, and apply clear logic to solutions. We will also discuss how the roles of the designer, the product, and the team are evolving, where AI delivers real value, and where it merely creates an illusion of progress.
Day 2 is entirely hands-on. Participants will apply the learned approaches to real-world cases. They will work through the key stages of design thinking, from problem definition and hypotheses to solution implementation, using AI tools. With guidance from our guest speakers, the focus will be on the structure of thinking, context, and the quality of solutions, rather than the number of generated variations.
